    For the past 16 years EF Travel & Events have been organising hotel arrangements for our clients attending exhibitions across the globe. We offer a wealth of knowledge when it comes to accommodation and travel and our main focus is making sure that our clients are matched with the hotel that suits all of their needs. Whether it’s a 5* located at the show-site, quirky boutique hotel in the centre of town or a cost-effective apartment with multiple bedrooms, we can accommodate any request.

    We pride ourselves on our high standards and ability to offer hotels in great locations at rates which are not obtainable to the general public. Due to the large scale of bookings and our favourable relationships with various hotel chains we can pass these savings onto our clients. This reduces your overall spend whilst receiving a high level of service and an account manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Flights

    EF Travel are a one stop shop for all business travel needs. Alongside booking accommodation, we are able to arrange and book flights for individuals and groups. We offer a selection of flight options to suit all needs.

    Assistance with arranging you flights for shows such as IBC, ISE, Cabsat and NAB and many more can take the pressure off during your preparations for the exhibition, even if only a little (we know how manic the lead up to a show can be!)

  • Transfers

    Pre-arranged transfers will make your overall event / travel experience a whole lot easier. Whether you require a car to take you to the airport or meet you on arrival, we can help. Need something larger or more luxurious, no problem! We regularly arrange coaches and limousines to transport our clients around. This can all be prepaid if required keeping your expenses to a minimum.

    We only use quality suppliers who we trust so you’re in safe hands.

  • Excursions

    Business travel doesn’t always have to be all work and no play. There are lots of excursion options for you and your group if you have some free time, or alternatively, when you are trying to find that something extra special to entertain a client. Perhaps a helicopter ride, boat trip, go-karting, deep sea fishing, stadium tour or even horse riding! Speak to your account manager to discuss the options
